Mission

To implement the Three Pillars of higher education in the frame of justified, equity, quality, in the relevance with the progress of science and technology by focusing on the excellent programs of wetland environment;

To implement good governance university in all aspects of university management in order to increase institutional, human resources as well as facilities and utility development;

To implement the higher education based on the educative character “Waja Sampai Kaputing” (a local wisdom idiom which means never give up, be strongly enthusiastic, and be strong like a steel) as a foundation which is expected to have international competitiveness;
