Improving the quality of public services in an effort to realize sub-agenda goal of nawacita is to build transparency and accountability of government performance by prioritizing the improvement of public service quality. Reform of public services is a fundamental and major things that must be done immediately and improved quality and service quality to the public. Related to that, the University of Lambung Mangkurat held Socialization of Public Service for the Implementation of Bureaucratic Reform in the Environment of Lambung Mangkurat University, Tuesday (26/09/2017). By inviting the speakers of Munawir Sadzali Razak, S.IP., MA which is the Head of Public Communication Bureau of Cooperation and Public Communication and M. Ali Akbar, SE., MBA Kasubag System and Procedures Bureau of Law and Organization Kemenristekdikti, this activity was attended by Vice Dean , Head of Bureau, Head of Sub-Head and Head of Study Program at ULM.

This is done in an effort to improve the quality of public services in the University of Lambung Mangkurat. Vice Rector for Planning, Cooperation and Public Relations Dr. Ir. H. Yudi Firmanul Arifin, M.Sc said that this is a mandate for us as a public institution to reform the bureaucracy, one of which is how we provide good and accurate information to the public. University of Mangkurat continue to improve public services by making the Information Center and Integrated Services to provide and provide fast, easily accessible, precise and accurate in providing information that can be done online or offline.
